Two-storey villa — structure and roof frame

Block walls, reinforced concrete columns and beams, then a timber roof frame set over the whole build.

Built from structure through to roof frame. Columns and the ring beam were cast in place, with timber scaffolding rising as each level went up.

The hipped roof frame was assembled on site before the covering was laid.
